Retained Search – Our highest level of service. Requires a nominal up front commitment fee which is then subtracted from the final placement fee. The Retained Search is most utilized when it is critical to finding the very best candidate for the job. Usually this type of service involves a strategic management position integral to overall company or division success or a technical position with a very hard to find skill set. Either way, an Inreso Retained Search receives precedence over all other searches and the utmost attention.

Retained Rollover – A popular option for a company anticipating multiple openings or is consistently working on openings. The Retained Rollover requires a nominal up front commitment fee, which “rolls over” to the next search, keeping all of your current and future searches at our highest level of search. We will subtract the original retainer fee from the final placement fee of any subsequent placements.

Exclusive Search – Our most popular option. Does not require up front financial commitment. This states that the client will allow Inreso a pre-determined time frame to work on their opening exclusively. Our Exclusive Search option is our most popular service as it does not require a fee up front, but still provides an extremely high level and detailed search.
